NPI Compliance Consulting Group will provide no direct cost compliance assistance to companies who employ ten or more persons.
 
Our Identity Theft Safety Program Includes:
 
Step One:
A Certified Identity Theft Risk Specialist will provide your management team with a twenty minute power point presentation which will inform and educate them on the latest Federal and State identity theft regulations.
 
Step Two:
We will provide your company with necessary compliance documents at no cost. Our document pacakge includes a comprehensive Information Security and Safeguard Policy, Employee Information Security Confidentiallity Statement, Identity Theft Benefit Waivers,   and  Letter of Appointment to document the appointment of your information security officer. These documents may be customized to meet your specific needs or they may be used as provided.
 
Step Three:
FTC mandated Identity Theft Training will be provided for your workforce which meets the recommended FTC standards by a Certified Identity Theft Risk Management Specialist.  The training workshops are limited to 15 employees at a time, and take approximately fifty minutes. We can accommodate 24 hour operations and multi-state locations.
 
Step Four:
Offer the leading identity theft protection and restoration plan to your employees a as a payroll deducted voluntary employee benefit (to help mitigate company losses and reduce the possibility of lawsuits by employees in the face of a data breach). The recommend plan includes a legal care benefit.  Cost to the employee is $25.90 per month and covers their spouse and dependents. This allows NPI Compliance Consulting Group to offer their services at no direct cost to your company.  Monthly onsite workshops will be provided to accommodate new hires and staffing needs.
 
Step Five:
To further assist in securing your data trail, letters of compliance confirmation will be mailed to all company vendors who must meet FTC Data Safeguard Standards.  Your vendors  will be requested to provide your company with a letter or compliance certificate confirming that they are in compliance with the new identity theft laws.  A Certified Identity Risk Specialist will follow up with them to confirm receipt on your company’s behalf.
 
Step Six:
Your company will receive a Certificate and window decals representing your company’s commitment to safeguarding customer and employee data.
 
Step Seven:
Upon completion of your initial Identity Theft Safety Program you will receive a comprehensive notebook of the latest FTC compliance and safeguard standards to help your company continue your commitment of creating a “culture of security” in your workplace.
